Happy New Year!!  January 1, 2015.  Thursday.  Today was a cold, sunny, beautiful day.  Steve, Megatron, and I went to The Cozy Cafe for a late breakfast.  The food was good, as usual.  I finished Megatron's banana pancakes and Steve's pork chops & eggs.  I had a "gaucho" - corn tortilla on the bottom, 2 eggs on top, home fried potatoes on the side, covered by cheese, red chili sauce, and sidelined by a polish sausage split in half.

After breakfast we hung out at the pad for a while and then went to 24 Hour Fitness (Meg and I went).  I got Meg a one week pass yesterday.  We worked out at the gym for about 1:15 and then went on a 6 1/2 mile run to the beach.  It was a little chilly.  My hands and toes were still somewhat chilly long after the run was over.  The scenery was gorgeous and I felt wonderful during the run.  I still feel wonderful at the time of this writing 8 hours afterwards!!
